3 Bathrooms Casa Mineria is located in the Escandon neighbourhood, called la Nueva Condesa by many locals, it's a traditional Mexican neighbourhood, full of life, there is a mercado very close to the area and lots of small restaurants that provide delicious local cuisine.
The main area of the house sports a beautiful vintage kitchen, two living rooms perfect for relaxing and a comfortable dining room. two bedrooms on the first floor each with its private bathroom. The main bedroom is on the second floor with its private entrance to the terrace. Main bedroom has AC, other rooms have fans. Terrace has a private kitchen.

Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 11 pm and 8 am
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is by 11am. We appreciate your cooperation
Damage and Breakage Policy: If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly
Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, please follow the rules or your apartment/building
No Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property
