The Townhouse is set in 3 floors allowing all guests some privacy.
On the main floor there is an ample living room and a dinning area for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, powder room and laundry area.
On the first floor is the master bedroom offering a king size bed, walk in closet and ensuite washroom (The master offers a queen sofa bed for additional guests - our sofa beds are custom made with memory foam toppers for added comfort). There is also the Studio bedroom, offering a king size bed, a desk and small closet.
On the second (top) floor there is the third bedroom offering a king size bed, with its own closet and view of the roof garden. A second full size washroom is located on this floor as well as the gorgeous treetop filled roof garden offering plenty of seating for your entire group.

Please note we offer AC only in the master bedroom. The main floor is always fresh and the rest of the bedrooms offer portable fans.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking indoors can leave behind unpleasant odors and potentially damage the furniture. Please do not smoke inside the apartment, building, or right outside of it.
No Parties or Events: To promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you avoid hosting parties or events at the property
Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 11 pm and 8 am
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is by 11am. We appreciate your cooperation
Damage and Breakage Policy: If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly
Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, please follow the rules or your apartment/building
No Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property
Parking: If your property offers parking for guests, please be mindful of other residents and park in designated areas. Do not block the property entrances, Please avoid parking in front of fire hydrants, driveways, or any other restricted zones. Guests are responsible for following parking rules and regulations. Please note that there are parking meters in several areas of the city. The Host is not responsible for damages, theft or incidents that may happen during the stay. No Photoshoots or Video Productions: Our property is exclusively for residential use. Guests are not permitted to conduct any form of commercial or non-commercial photoshoots, video shootings, or media productions on the premises without prior written consent from the hosts. This includes, but is not limited to, professional photography, filming, and online content creation.
Additionally the complex offers a larger roofgarden which our guests have access to.

Please note the house has 2 entrances, one through the street (which remains closed for security of our guests and the complex) and one trough the condominium where the doorman is (we prefer for our guest to use this door).
